The honest truth about this
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable! Breakfast was a delight, with many self-serve options plus a hot dish selection. Great value for a family trip! !
Room temperature was a major issue, as it felt uncomfortably cold due to ineffective heating. Additionally, noise from the nearby bar made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The Landmark provides a professional atmosphere designed for business travelers. The conference room was well-equipped, and the staff efficiently assisted with setting up my presentation equipment. Additionally, the restaurant offered a varied menu with high-quality meals that catered to my dietary preferences. The room itself was spacious, featuring a comfortable desk area perfect for working during my stay.
Breakfast service was slow and disorganized on the last morning.

I recently stayed here for one night in a Deluxe Double Room. The location was fantastic, right next to the river Shannon. The comfort of the beds was definitely a highlight for me. Check-in was smooth and the staff was exceptionally friendly. I had a buffet breakfast, where the hot food served at the table was acceptable but not outstanding. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was disappointing. I noticed the carpet was quite stained and even had a burn mark. The wash hand basin had a large chip, raising safety concerns. The lack of a refrigerator in the room felt like a missed opportunity, especially since we had booked a superior room. The food at dinner was reasonable, but portion sizes were on the smaller side, which left us feeling slightly underwhelmed. Overall, while the service was good, the condition of the room overshadowed the positives.

The bathroom was nice, and the shower had excellent water pressure, making it a highlight. Overall, it felt really comfortable and homey, with plush carpets and a nice decor touch.

good experience , but few improvements needed
The reception staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The room was beautifully designed with a lovely new feel and provided a great view of the river. The bed was comfortable, and the tea tray included quality mugs, which I appreciated. The river view truly enhanced my stay, making it relaxing to look out at the scenery.
Some facilities could be improved for a better experience.

A Cozy Stay with Flavorful Dining Options!
Our stay exceeded expectations with delightful dining experiences. The beef noodle salad at dinner was a standout. Breakfast wasn’t as smooth, but the tasty porridge made up for it. Pro tip, communicate any issues quickly to the staff for timely resolutions!
